Job Description  


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the IT, phone, and printer companies to ensure services are effectively provided according to business and contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with the IT vendor to install software, diagnose, trouble shoot, repair and maintain PC and other devices
  • Launch, train staff, and ensure successful integration and maintenance of Salesforce
  • Support end and mobile users with company-wide technology platforms such as desktop, systems, iPhone/iPad and network, printers, and phones
  • Provide general support and training on Microsoft Office 365, user setup, email support, google and one drive databases and Salesforce database.
  • Setup new work station or computer needs for new hire, manage IT devices and computer inventory/supplies
  • Manage the network including communicate outage and network issues company-wide
  • Perform related desktop and IT support as needed
  • Work occasional evening and weekends as required

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related field; AND five (5) years of experience in the offered position or equivalent
